For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, individuals registered with Top up Talent and offered shifts as housekeepers / cleaners through Top up Talent are referred to as Individuals and businesses who contract with Top up Talent for the purpose of being introduced to housekeepers / cleaners through Top up Talent are referred to as Businesses.
In looking after business and personal data we have and will always act responsibly and take all reasonable steps to be secure. We collect and securely store the personal and business data you provide to us using a software provider SmartMatchApp and use this information for the purposes of offering bookings as requested by Businesses to registered Individuals.

We collect and process data on the basis of legitimate interest. This will be when you register as a Business or as an Individual with us, or when you manage your account. We may also collect data when you complete other interactions with us, such as completing surveys, or completing a booking.

We make sure to only keep data for as long as it is required to service your account, retain your transactional history and remember your preferences. We also hold certain types of data in accordance with legal requirements for tax and accounting rules.
It's important to us that your details are as up to date as possible. You can edit your data by logging into your account through the website.
How we keep your data secure
As appropriate we use comprehensive modern technology and processes to ensure the security of all data held, including but not limited to: firewalls; encryption, anonymization, password management and regular software updates. We perform a regular review to make sure our security measures match the level of sensitivity of the data held. Limited personal data (such as Business location, contact details and contact person) will be shared between Individuals and Businesses so the shift can take place.
